Property Inspection
Scheduled site visits to observe the visible condition of the property, access points, boundaries, exterior areas and other agreed inspection points.

Photo & Video Reporting
Dated photographs, videos and a written summary of visible observations are provided after each agreed inspection.

Interior & Exterior Monitoring
Where lawful access is available, inspections may cover both the inside and outside of the property according to an agreed checklist.

Vacant Land Monitoring
Periodic observation of access, boundaries, visible encroachment concerns, dumping, overgrowth and other observable conditions.

Maintenance Coordination
We can obtain quotations and coordinate approved cleaning, gardening, repairs or maintenance through independent service providers.

Renovation & Construction Progress Reporting
Site observations, photographs and progress updates can be provided. Technical certification remains the responsibility of qualified architects, engineers, quantity surveyors or other appointed professionals.

Key Holding
Secure key-holding arrangements may be provided under documented handover, access and emergency procedures.

Utility & Local Payment Assistance
We may assist with agreed utility bills, rates or related payments when the owner provides the required documents and funds in advance.

Tenant & Rental Support
Services may include property viewing coordination, tenant-enquiry support, inspection reporting, rent-follow-up assistance and communication coordination, subject to agreement.

Selling Support
We may help prepare property information, coordinate viewings and connect the owner with independent lawyers, valuers, surveyors or licensed professionals where required.

Airbnb & Short-Stay Coordination
Subject to location and feasibility, services may include guest-ready inspection, cleaning coordination, key handover arrangements, maintenance reporting and local service-provider coordination.

Emergency Inspection
An additional inspection may be arranged after severe weather, a reported incident or another owner-approved concern, subject to access and availability.
