Do you serve clients outside Sri Lanka?
Yes. Many consultancy and coordination services can be provided remotely. Property services are intended especially for owners who need reliable support in Sri Lanka.

Do you provide all services directly?
We provide the consultancy, training, inspection and coordination described in our agreement. Legal, accounting, valuation, surveying, engineering, laboratory, regulatory and other specialised work must be handled by appropriately qualified or authorised independent professionals.

Can you guarantee funding, export orders or buyer acceptance?
No. We can help assess, prepare and coordinate an opportunity, but final decisions are made independently by buyers, banks, investors, financiers, authorities and other parties.

How are service charges calculated?
Charges depend on the service scope, time required, travel, frequency, documents, technical input and third-party costs. A quotation is provided before work begins.

Can I request only a one-time consultation?
Yes. One-time consultations, assessments, training sessions and specific assignments can be arranged. Ongoing support may also be provided under a separate agreement.

How do property inspections work?
After ownership or authority, access, location and requirements are reviewed, we agree on an inspection checklist and reporting format. The inspection is completed according to the written scope.

Can you develop a tea product for my brand?
We can advise on tea selection, tasting, blending concepts, costing, packaging and product planning. Manufacturing, testing, registration and certification must be completed through suitable approved parties.

Are Arise Shine programs religious?
The academy is designed as a non-sectarian character-development initiative focused on human values, discipline, responsibility, empathy, communication and practical life skills.
