His tea-industry experience includes tea tasting, quality assessment, tea selection, blending, product development, packaging, costing, export documentation, buyer development and local and international tea-business activities.
His property management experience includes property inspections, condition monitoring, maintenance and renovation coordination, tenant and rental support, property-related documentation follow-up, and coordination with lawyers, surveyors, valuers, architects, contractors and other service providers.
His professional exposure also includes product and sample development, buyer communication, export processes, commercial problem-solving, international trade exhibitions, presentations and tea-related business discussions in several overseas markets.
